TLCA ELEMENTARY CAMPUS

Dear Parents,
As we partner with parents in the education of their children we would like to remind parents of established school times.
• Campus doors open at 7:00 am
• Breakfast is from 7:00 – 7:30 am
• Morning assembly begins at 7:45 am
• Classes begin promptly at 8:00 am
• Students are counted tardy after 8:00 am
• Students are counted absent after 9:15 am (unless they have a valid doctor’s note)
We cannot hold elementary students accountable in these areas without holding parents accountable. Please make every effort to get your student to school on time as referenced in Chapter 4, Sec. 4.001.of the Texas Education Code says, “Parents will be full partners with educators in the education of their children."
Respectfully,
Daniel Calhoun
