Ms. Sabrina McCann
Campus Principal
Ms. Sabrina McCann joined the Principal Team at TLCA San Angelo in the fall of 2021 and has been a dedicated part of the Texas Leadership community since the charter school opened in 2009. She is a proud graduate of Angelo State University, where she earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Education. She later completed her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, also from ASU.
A passionate and dedicated educator, Ms. McCann leads with heart and places high value on building strong relationships and meaningful connections with the families she serves. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging school environment is evident in all she does.

Mrs. Sebesta
Assistant Principal | Grades 3rd – 5th
Mrs. Sebesta has been a devoted member of the Texas Leadership family for over 11 years and brings with her more than 20 years of experience as a licensed school counselor. During her tenure, she has served in a variety of key roles including ARD Coordinator, 504 Coordinator, STAAR Testing Coordinator, and overseer of student scheduling and At-Risk programs.
Known for her compassionate and approachable nature, Mrs. Sebesta is committed to supporting students and parents with both academic and school-related needs. Her excellence in counseling was recognized when she was named “Elementary School Counselor of the Year” by the Three Rivers Counseling Association for Region 15.
Her leadership and support continue to be a true blessing to our school community.

Ms. Jones
Assistant Principal | Grades Kinder – 2nd
Ms. Jones, a proud San Angelo native, has been part of the Texas Leadership team since 2015. She began her journey as an Aide at the Elementary campus before transitioning into a Kindergarten teaching role, where she served students and families with care and dedication for several years.
In addition to her classroom work, Ms. Jones also served as the District’s Marketing & Public Relations Manager, leading communications across all five cities: San Angelo, Abilene, Midland, Arlington, and Cedar Hill. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Mass Media from Angelo State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Leadership.
Ms. Jones is passionate about the families, students, and staff at Texas Leadership and is looking forward to a fantastic school year.
